Sweet sprinkle200 g
sour starch300 g
Boiled and mashed Baroa Potato500 g
Hot water150 ml
Olive oil150 ml
Salt, oregano, parsley, thyme and rosemary to taste

In a large bowl, mix the sprinkles and salt first. Add the oil and mix until it forms a homogeneous crumb.
Add the baroa and water gradually, kneading with your hands until everything is incorporated into a homogeneous mass. Mold the balls, distribute in a greased shape with a spacing of 3 cm between them.
Bake in preheated oven until risen and golden. Approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
