- Sweet sprinkle200 g
- sour starch300 g
- Boiled and mashed Baroa Potato500 g
- Hot water150 ml
- Olive oil150 ml
- Salt, oregano, parsley, thyme and rosemary to taste
- In a large bowl, mix the sprinkles and salt first. Add the oil and mix until it forms a homogeneous crumb.
- Add the baroa and water gradually, kneading with your hands until everything is incorporated into a homogeneous mass. Mold the balls, distribute in a greased shape with a spacing of 3 cm between them.
- Bake in preheated oven until risen and golden. Approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
