  • Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
  • Ground flaxseed2 tablespoon
  • Oat flakes1.5 cup
  • Raisins or chopped apricots1/2 cup
  • 70% chocolate chips or chips1/2 cup
  • Chestnuts or chopped or crushed almonds1/4 cup
  • Vegetable Protein Powder40 g
  • Grated coconut, cinnamon powder, rice flakes (optional) to taste
  • Chia1 dessert spoon
  • Ripe mashed banana1 unit(s)
  • Cane molasses3 tablespoon
  • Wholemeal peanut butter1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
  1. In one bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and in another, mix the wet ingredients. Then combine the two and mix well. Spread the dough on a baking sheet covered with plastic wrap or parchment paper. Press until straight. Place in the fridge for a few hours until firm. Then cut into 12 rectangular bars. Wrap in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Lasts up to 20 days in the fridge.
