- Cashew nut milk1 cup
- Homemade tomato sauce0.5 cup
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Chopped green seasoning to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
- Add the tomato sauce and the heart of palm.
- Let it cook for about 5 minutes and add the mustard.
- Add the cashew nut milk and a little salt.
- Let it cook until the chestnut milk thickens, adjust the salt.
- Finish with the green seasoning.
