  • Tomato sauce4 tablespoon
  • Water4 tablespoon
  • Olive to taste
  • Oregano, black pepper, salt and coriander to taste
  • Wheat flour500 g
  • Vegan mayonnaise325 g
  • Chemical Baking Powder10 g
  1. Filling Shred the hearts of palm (kneading with a fork). Reserve; Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until golden; Add the hearts of palm, tomato sauce, olives, seasonings (except coriander) and water; Let it cook until the sauce reduces a little and add the cilantro; Reserve.
  2. Pasta: Mix all the ingredients with your hands until the dough is homogeneous and does not stick to your hands.
  3. Mounting: Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is thin and cut into discs of approximately 10 cm in diameter; Place a spoonful of stuffing on each disc, fold in half and close the edge with a fork; Brush the top with oil to brown.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
