  • Peach palm heart slices400 g
  • Cherry tomato150 g
  • Coconut milk100 ml
  • Palm oil50 ml
  • Cambuci Pepper100 g
  • Sliced Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Sliced white onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Bay leaves2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Salt, chimichurri, pepper to taste
  1. I started by sautéing the garlic in olive oil and added the others in layers, lastly the tomatoes and onion rings, drizzled with palm oil and coconut milk.
  2. I added 200ml of water, covered the pan and left it for 10 minutes over low heat. I uncovered the pan, adjusted the seasonings, finished with parsley and turned off the heat.
  3. It's delicious, serve with rice that looks perfect 😋
