  • Smoked Tofu1 cup
  • Cashew Nuts1 cup
  • Leek1/2 unit(s)
  • Lemon3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Water2 tablespoon
  1. Cut all the ingredients into small pieces to mix the flavor
  2. When you cut the apple, soak it in the squeezed lemon so it doesn't spoil.
  3. For the cashew nut mayonnaise: soak the nuts in boiling water for 10 minutes. Discard the water and in a food processor or blender, place the chestnuts, lemon, water and chopped leek, adding salt if you wish, and blend until a paste forms.
  4. Finally, mix all the ingredients together with the mayonnaise in a large bowl and let it rest in the fridge for a while before serving.
