- Tahiti lemon2 unit(s)
- Olive oil30 ml
- Coriander20 g
- Parsley20 g
- Cumin1 to taste
- Tabasco pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Chop the onion and tomato into small cubes
- Finely chop the parsley and coriander
- Remove the avocado pulp and mash with a fork or hit the blender with the lemon and olive oil.
- Add the cumin, salt and pepper. taste the flavors
- Tip: Preserve the avocado pit to keep in the guacamole if you are not going to serve it right away so it doesn't brown
- Serve with chips of your choice!
