- Avocado or very ripe avocado2 unit(s)

- Parsley3 g
- Tomato200 g
- Lemon juice100 ml
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the avocado and remove the pit.
- Mash the avocado with a fork until it forms a thick paste.
- Cut the onion and tomato into cubes and add to the avocado.
- Add the parsley and lemon juice
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Mix everything together and serve as a side dish for nachos.
