- Textured soy2 cup
- Chuchu1 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Vinegar to taste
- Fine herbs to taste
- Shoyo2 tablespoon
- Mustard3 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Soak the two cups of textured soy with vinegar and boiling water for 5 minutes to hydrate, then let it drain well to remove all the water (you can squeeze it with your hand to make it easier)
- Cook the chayote and carrot (if you wish you can use other vegetables as well), after cooking cut them into very small pieces
- Sauté the oil and fine herbs in a pan, then place the already hydrated soybeans and stir to get the seasoning well.
- Gradually add the vegetables, mixing well.
- Add the soy sauce and mustard little by little, always stirring and then serve.
