- Naturally fermented soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Chimichurri Seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Curry1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Cut the tofu into thin strips.
- Season and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Place the tofu marinated in the spices in the skillet.
- Grill on one side letting it form a cone, turn and form the cone on the other side.
