- Peel and cook the potatoes in salted water for approximately 15 minutes (mark after boiling the water).
- Once cooked, discard the cooking water and place the potatoes in a blender with enough water to cover them.
- Place the sausages of the future in the airfryer for 10 minutes. Remove and remove the skin from them and cut into cubes (if you are going to make it with tofu, discard this step - just cut the tofu into cubes).
- In a large pan, sauté the sausages in a little oil until golden. Add the potato cream and let it boil for 5 minutes after boiling (with the pan semi-closed).
- Finely chop the cabbage and add a little salt. Turn off the pan, add the cabbage, stir well, close the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
