Salt to taste
Wine1/2 cup
Assorted peppers to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Onion to taste
Garlic to taste
Tomato Extract1 tablespoon

Cut the jackfruit into large pieces and put it to pressure cook with water for about 40 minutes.
Remove the jackfruit from the pressure and wait for it to cool down a bit.
After cooling, remove the skin and seeds from the jackfruit.
Shred her 'meat' and set aside.
