- Clean the bananas without removing the skin
- Boil for 30 minutes in a regular pot or 15 in a pressure cooker.
- Peel while still hot using tweezers.
- Whisk 5 bananas while still hot in a blender until creamy. If the blender isn't powerful, it should be in two portions.
- The other bananas can be frozen whole and heated before using.
- Use ice cube trays for portioning and freezing.
- Use to add creaminess to broths, savory or sweet creams, sauces, cake and sweets, fillings.. it is a preparation rich in fiber, potassium, magnesium, bringing texture without interfering with the taste of recipes.
