Clean the bananas without removing the skin

Ferva por 30 minutos em panela normal ou 15 na panela de pressão 

Boil for 30 minutes in a regular pot or 15 in a pressure cooker.

Descasque ainda quente com o auxílio de um pinça 

Bata ainda quente no liquidificador 5 bananas  até formar um creme. Se o liquidificador não for potente, dívida em duas porções. 

Whisk 5 bananas while still hot in a blender until creamy. If the blender isn't powerful, it should be in two portions.

As outras bananas podem ser congeladas inteiras e aquecidas na hora de usar.

The other bananas can be frozen whole and heated before using.

Use ice cube trays for portioning and freezing.
