  • Chickpea flour4 tablespoon
  • Oat flour2 tablespoon
  • Tapioca gum (or sweet sprinkle)2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Filtered water20 ml
  1. Use a bowl to portion and mix all the dry ingredients except the yeast.
  2. Add filtered water and stir slowly.
  3. The mixture should be soft, a little more than pancake batter!
  4. Add the yeast and mix well
  5. Heat a small skillet
  6. Add olive oil and a ladle of dough
  7. Cover the skillet and let the chickpeas take shape over low heat.
  8. Turn it over to cook on both sides and your chickpeas are ready!
