Gluten-free roasted churros

Primeiro vamos misturar os ingredientes a farinha de grão de bico com a farinha de arroz e reservar

Agora botamos todos os ingredientes em uma panela a água, o açúcar mascavo, o sal, a canela, o azeite e o extrato de baunilha e misturamos em fogo médio até ferver.
Assim que ferver, apague o fogo e transfira para a tigela da batedeira.

Now put all the ingredients in a pan, water, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, oil and vanilla extract and mix over medium heat until boiling.

 Modele os churros, eu usei o bico de confeiteiro de confeitar bolo mesmo, e por isso ficaram tão pequenininhos, mas vc pode usar o próprio para churros ou até mesmo fazer eles redondinhos com uma sacola com bico cortado

Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC por 30-40 minutos. Quando estiverem frios, polvilhe sobre eles o açúcar e a canela
