- First we will mix the ingredients the chickpea flour with the rice flour and set aside
- Now put all the ingredients in a pan, water, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, oil and vanilla extract and mix over medium heat until boiling. Once it boils, turn off the heat and transfer to the mixing bowl.
- Now add the flours of the mixture that were reserved. Mix a little to incorporate and then leave to beat until the dough is completely cold. At this point, add the yeast and mix with a spoon.
- Model the churros, I used the pastry tip to bake the cake, and that's why they were so tiny, but you can use your own churros or even make them round with a bag with a cut tip
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes. When cool, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over them.
