- Recipe
- Organic Strawberry preferably200 g
- 70% vegan chocolate (I used blessed cocoa from cocoa show)200 g
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- Wash and dry the strawberries well and keep the leaves
- Dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate
- With a pastry bag make the designs with the chocolate
- Line a mold with cling film
- Put the strawberries in the shape and take it to the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Ready 😋
