Misturar todos os ingredientes em uma tabuleiro, regar com bastante azeite.

Mix all the ingredients on a tray, drizzle with plenty of oil.

Assar por aproximadamente 1 hora em forno pré aquecido a 250°C, ou até que murche mais da metade, sempre lembrando de mexer para não queimar.

Bake for approximately 1 hour in a preheated oven at 250°C, or until more than half wilted, always remembering to stir so it doesn't burn.

Depois é só guardar em um pote bem fechado na geladeira. 

Then just store it in a tightly closed container in the fridge.
