- grated ginger1 tablespoon
- Oranges, cut into cubes2 unit(s)
- Cabbage cut with stalk4 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar to taste
- Lemon to taste
- In a blender, blend 750 ml of water with the cabbage, oranges and ginger. After well blended, strain. Sweeten with sugar and add a few drops of lemon. Drink with ice.
