- Small red pepper cut into large pieces1/3 unit(s)
- Small red onion cut into large pieces1 unit(s)
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Finely chopped garlic1 coffee spoon
- Wooden skewers for skewers5 unit(s)
- In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic and salt. Reserve.
- Moisten the sticks and skewer the vegetables alternating types.
- Brush the seasoned oil over all the vegetables.
- Roast on the grill for about 8 minutes, turn aside halfway through.
