- Sweet Potato500 g
- sour starch250 g
- Sweet sprinkle250 g
- Extra virgin olive oil100 ml
- Chia seeds30 g
- Salt15 g
- Hot water100 ml
- Spinach Powder20 g
- Turmeric Powder20 g
- Cook the peeled sweet potato well
- Make a puree using a mixer.
- Mix the potato with the other ingredients, except the powders
- If necessary, add more water, until the point of ungluing the most and it is easy to make balls.
- Separate the dough into two portions
- Mix spinach powder in one half
- Mix the turmeric in the other half
- Make balls of 20 g more or less and take it to the freezer.
- Remove from the freezer and bake in a preheated oven at 200g for 20 minutes.
