- In a bowl, cut the cucumbers into thin slices using a vegetable slicer. Put the two tablespoons full of salt and mix well. Don't worry it won't be salty as the cucumbers will be washed afterwards. Place the salted cucumbers in a colander and leave for about 40 minutes. There will be plenty of water. After that time wash well with running water until it is slightly salty. Go experimenting. Then take them to a pan, I use a wok, add the chopped onions, pepper, vinegar, water, a shallow dessert spoon of salt and the 3 spoons of sugar and mix well. Bring to a boil and when it starts to boil, leave it for about 3 minutes at most. Ready. Just put it in the previously sterilized pots in boiling water, cover well and place the closed pots upside down in a pan with boiling water for 5 minutes. Good appetite 😋☺️🌿
