  • cashew nuts1 cup
  • water1/2 cup
  • olive oil3 tablespoon
  • minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • sweet paprika, turmeric, salt1 teaspoon
  • squeezed lemon1 tablespoon
  1. Let the cashews boil for 5 minutes or let them soak for 12 hours (be sure to do this because it beats much easier)
  2. Beat the cashews with the water until a very homogeneous cream is obtained. Add the other ingredients until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Pass it to a little pot and it's ready
