- Cornmeal1/2 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic (clove)1 unit(s)
- Onion1 tablespoon
- Water2 cup
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
- Then add water, salt and mix.
- When it boils, add the cornmeal gradually, always stirring to avoid lumps and taking care not to let the bottom burn.
- The point is when the polenta starts to unglue from the bottom of the pan.
- I served it with soy bolognese, took some PTS, soaked it in boiling water with lemon. I ran well. I sautéed it with garlic, onion and seasonings to taste, then added a little tomato sauce. 💚🌱
