- Chickpeas (soaked for at least 1 hour)1 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Seasonings to taste
- Chia to taste
- Oat flour1 cup
- Cook the chickpeas until they are very soft
- In a mixer, blender or processor add the chickpeas and olive oil. Grind well until you obtain a homogeneous mass.
- In a container, add this dough, seasonings to taste, chia and oats. Cook until the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Roll out the dough. You can use a roller or a well-sanitized glass bottle. The thinner the dough, the crispier the cookies are!
- Mold the cookies. I used a knife to cut and a fork to make the holes.
- Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes.
