- Coconut milk400 ml
- Sugar to taste
- Plant-based milk300 ml
- Ice to taste
- Cachaça200 ml
- Leave the coconut milk for a few hours in the refrigerator. It must be very cold
- In a blender, place the coconut milk, ice (I used a tray); vegetable milk and sugar (I used about 6 full tablespoons)
- Beat to incorporate all the ingredients. With it still on, add the cachaça and beat for a few more seconds.
- Place in a jar or bottle and leave in the refrigerator until ready to consume.
