- Coconut Milk Powder4 tablespoon
- Corn starch1 tablespoon
- Coconut Oil1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Turmeric Powder1 coffee spoon
- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Filtered water1 cup
- Mix all the ingredients with a fouet in a pan, except the cinnamon.
- Turn the pan on low heat and stir until it boils, without sticking to the bottom. It is important to stir throughout the process to get it smooth. When it thickens, it's ready.
- Place in a deep bowl and add the cinnamon powder. Is ready!
