- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped red pepper1 tablespoon
- Chopped Yellow Pepper1 tablespoon
- Laurel (leaf)2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Girl's Finger Pepper2 unit(s)
- Clove powder1/2 teaspoon
- grated ginger1 teaspoon
- Turmeric1 teaspoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Coriander or parsley to taste
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Start the stir-fry with: Onion, Garlic, Ginger
- When golden, add: Chilies, girl's finger pepper, bay leaf and spices
- Add the tomato, adjust the salt, mix and cover the pan to sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked and drained beans, mix and let the flavors meld a little.
- Add coconut milk and bring to a boil
- Finish with cilantro or parsley. Now just serve!
