  • Rice flour2 tablespoon
  • Natural grated coconut1 cup
  • Unsweetened Coconut Chips to taste
  1. Peel the banana and mash it well with a fork until it forms a cream.
  2. Add the grated coconut and rice flour and mix well.
  3. Make balls with your hands, if necessary add more rice flour or grated coconut
  4. Place coconut flakes on top
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a little coconut butter and rice flour
  6. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the coconut is golden.
  8. Wait for it to cool and unmold
  9. Put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes and you're done.
  10. Great snack option 🥥🤤
