- Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
- Rice flour1/2 cup
- Grated unsweetened coconut1 cup
- Coconut Chips to taste
- Peel the bananas and mash well with a fork until creamy.
- Add the rice flour and grated coconut and mix with your hands until you can make balls.
- If necessary add more coconut or rice flour
- Make the balls and place the coconut shavings on top.
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
- Line a small pan with parchment paper or a little coconut butter and rice flour
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the coconut flakes are golden brown.
- Ready 😋 great snack and pre workout option 💪
