  • Fresh Coconut250 g
  • Lemon Juice10 ml
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Mango1 unit(s)
  • Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Ginger1 tablespoon
  • Chili Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Coriander1/2 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Remove all the meat from the fresh coconut and cut it into slices, cut the mango and bell pepper into small cubes
  2. Grate the ginger, squeeze and discard the fibers leaving only the juice
  3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients adjusting the salt and finally decorate with the coriander leaves
