- Wheat Flour3 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Chocolate1 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Flaxseed meal1/3 cup
- Oats1/2 cup
- Vegetable milk1 cup
- Filtered water1 cup
- Peanut paste2 tablespoon
- Baking soda1 teaspoon
- Alcohol Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast2 tablespoon
- Mix all ingredients in the blender, except the yeast, baking soda and alcohol vinegar.
- After mixing well add the rest of the ingredients and stir with a spoon lightly until mixed. It needs to be lightly so the dough doesn't beat.
- Unite a shape with oil and pour the dough. Take to preheated oven at 180° for 40 min. (Time varies from oven to oven).
- After baking, wait to cool down before unmolding. Make a syrup with chocolate milk and water and pour it over the cake already unmolded and pierced with a fork to penetrate the syrup.
