  • Coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • Chili Pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Saffron1 coffee spoon
  • Ginger1 coffee spoon
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Chopped Tomato3 unit(s)
  • Mustard1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Boiled Chickpeas2 cup
  • Cashew Nut Cream1 cup
  • Cooked rice to taste
  • Straw potato to taste
  • Water1 cup
  1. First put the oil, spices and chopped tomato in the pan. Do not add the mustard, it is only added at the end.
  2. Try to leave most of the ingredients in contact with the bottom of the pan. Let it cook until you create a crust at the bottom of the pan. This crust will compose the final flavor of the Stroganoff.
  3. After creating the crust, add water little by little, until you disgrace everything from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add previously cooked chickpeas, salt and mustard.
  5. Wait for it to boil and add the cashew nut cream, mix and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes.
  6. It's ready, now just serve with boiled rice and straw potatoes.
  7. This recipe is very delicious!
