  • Cooked chickpeas300 g
  • Boiled Beetroot1/2 unit(s)
  • Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Tahini1 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tablespoon
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Zaathar1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to help beat50 ml
  1. In a blender or food processor, beat all the ingredients until it becomes a consistent cream. Place in a container and sprinkle with sweet paprika and toasted sesame and drizzle with plenty of olive oil. Serve with sheet bread or nachos. @chefraissarodrigues
