- Chickpeas1 cup
- Onion to taste
- grated carrot to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Nutritional yeast to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Wheat flour to taste
- Cook the chickpeas and blend in a blender with salt, turmeric and nutritional yeast.
- Place in a bowl and mix parsley, grated carrots and chopped peppers and onions. (All these ingredients you can add in the amount you prefer)
- Gradually add the flour until it becomes a firm but not too dry dough. It should be malleable so you can spread it in the pan.
- Then put oil in the pan and with a spoon put the mixture in the pan, fry on both sides and it's ready.
