  • Cassava, cut into cubes400 g
  • Cooked Chickpeas300 g
  • Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped celery stalks2 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for sautéing to taste
  • Vegetable broth1 l
  1. Cook the cassava under pressure for 15 minutes or until it is falling apart. Remove excess liquid and set aside.
  2. In a pan with oil, add the onion, garlic and celery and sauté until cooked.
  3. Add the cooked cassava, broth, chickpeas, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Turn off the fire. Correct the seasonings if necessary and distribute the broth in individual bowls.
  5. Finish with pesto on top for a more flavorful experience.
