- cashew nuts100 g
- demerara sugar1 cup
- hot water1 cup
- cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- semisweet chocolate50 g
- coconut oil1 tablespoon
- Leave the chestnuts to soak for at least 3 hours, discard the water, wash well and place in a blender. Or boil for 15min.
- Beat with hot water, sugar and cocoa. Transfer this liquid to a pan, over medium heat, add the coconut oil and chocolate.
- Stir this mixture until it reduces well and thickens.
