- Boiled Cassava500 g
- Chia seed5 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- chopped parsley and chives2 tablespoon
- - Love the cooked cassava and remove the fiber (line) from it and book.
- - In a pan, add the olive oil, garlic and let it fry until the garlic is golden.
- - Put the mashed cassava in the pan, with the salt and pepper and mix well, if necessary you can add a little warm water to make the puree more creamy. Then add the chopped green smell (chives and parsley) and mix until all ingredients are well mixed.
