- Onion to taste
- Cleaning the carrots
- Cook carrots until very soft
- In another pan, add the oil and sauté the onion.
- Then add the garlic and salt.
- Now with the carrot already cooked and cold, add it to the blender along with the sautéed seasoning, beat everything until it's homogeneous.
