- Dough: Cooked butter beans1 cup
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chili2 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Smoked paprika to taste
- SAUCE: Ripe Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 dessert spoon
- Spicy paprika1 teaspoon
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- I put all the dough ingredients in the food processor and blended well. I made balls and baked them in the airfryer for 10 minutes.
- In a frying pan I sauteed the garlic, added the chopped onion and tomatoes, put the sugar and spices, added water and let it cook for 10 minutes, put the basil leaves, put all the meatballs in the sauce, cooked for another 5 minutes.
- They are delicious, I like to serve with spaghetti 😋
