- Cut the tomatoes and onion into very small cubes, removing the seeds from the tomatoes
- Grate the zucchini
- Place the onion and zucchini in the pan, stir for about 3 minutes.
- It will release a lot of water, take a sieve and drain
- Return to the pan turned off, put the sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and salt, add the tomato and mix. Reserve.
- Cut the bread into slices and heat it in a toaster with a little oil, then put the stuffing on top and serve.
