  • Medium flaked oats1/2 cup
  • 100% cocoa powder1/2 cup
  • Xylitol Sweetener3/4 cup
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon
  • Mashed sweet potato1 cup
  • Almond paste90 g
  • Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • 70% dark chocolate in drops or chopped1/2 cup
  • Roasted Almonds1/2 cup
  1. In a food processor, beat the rolled oats, xylitol sweetener, cocoa powder and salt until they are very fine with the texture of flour.
  2. Add the sweet potato puree, almond paste and vanilla extract and beat again until smooth.
  3. Add salt and yeast and beat some more.
  4. Remove the blade from the food processor and add the chocolate chips and almonds.
  5. Line a rectangular pan with a little coconut butter and oat bran
  6. Pre-heat the oven at 180 °
  7. Distribute the dough in the form and take it to bake around 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Wait for it to cool down to unmold and cut the brownies.
  9. Can be stored in the fridge for 1 week or frozen for up to 3 months
  10. Tip: Serve with almond paste on top 😋
