  • Oat flakes1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder 100%1/2 cup
  • Brown Sugar3/4 cup
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Sweet potato puree250 g
  • Almond paste90 g
  • Vanilla Extract1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder1 teaspoon
  • Semisweet chocolate chips or chopped1/2 cup
  • Chopped pecan nuts1/2 cup
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Unite a shape with butter and cocoa powder. Use an 18x18 cm mold or baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, blend the oats, sugar, cocoa powder and salt until finely floured.
  3. Add the sweet potato puree, almond paste and vanilla extract. Beat well until the ingredients are well mixed, forming a creamy and heavy mass.
  4. Remove the blade from the processor and add the chopped or chopped chocolate and chopped pecans.
  5. Distribute the dough in the reserved form and bake until the brownie is firm and with a crispy crust on the outside, but still moist on the inside. Cooking lasts around 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes and unmold. Cut into squares and sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
