  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Carrot1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Zucchini1 unit(s)
  • Cherry tomato2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Olive1 unit(s)
  1. Take the chickpeas to cook with water and salt in the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onions, garlic, carrots and zucchini.
  3. Add the cooked chickpeas. Mix well and then finish with the tomato and olive.
  4. Adjust the seasonings and serve immediately.
