- Cooked Black Beans2 cup
- Sunflower oil3/4 cup
- Cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Wheat or oat flour or rice1 cup
- Brown sugar3/4 cup
- In the blender, beat all the ingredients leaving to mix the flour last. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for about 30 minutes, until a crust forms on top. The inside is even more raw, as a brownie should be. Use parchment paper to line the form.
