- coconut sugar1/2 cup

- vanilla extract2 teaspoon

- oat flakes2 cup
- chemical yeast2 teaspoon
- sodium bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Blend the milk, peanut butter, vinegar, sugar and banana in a blender.
- Add the cinnamon, vanilla extract and oats little by little. Blend in a blender until blended.
- Add the yeast and bicarbonate and mix without beating.
- Transfer the dough to forminhas, add banana slices, oatmeal, chocolate chips on top..
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.
