Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
Medium rolled oats1 cup
Crushed peanuts1/2 cup
Peanut paste4 tablespoon
Vegan white chocolate60 g

Start by mashing the bananas well with a fork until you form a cream.
Add the crushed peanuts and oats and mix well until smooth.
Make the balls with your hands (if necessary add more oats) and set aside
Grease a mold with coconut butter and oat bran
Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 15 seconds
When the chocolate is well melted, add the peanut butter and mix well until smooth, set aside
Flatten the balls with your hands in the shape of a cookie
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
Put the peanut butter with white chocolate and that's it 😋
