Very Ripe Banana4 unit(s)
Oat flour2 cup
Water1/2 cup
Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup
Brown sugar1 cup
Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
Biological or chemical yeast1 tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar1 tablespoon
Pinch of nutmeg1 to taste
plant milk1 cup
Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
Brown sugar3 tablespoon

Grease a medium cake pan
Mash the bananas well in a mixing bucket
Add the dry ingredients without the yeast and mix well.
Add water and mix little by little
Add the oil and mix
Add the yeast together with the vinegar for use and mix well
Preheat the oven for 10min
You want the cake dough in your shape
Bake in the oven for 35-40min at 180°C. Keep an eye out because it depends on the oven, and can stay longer or shorter.
For the broth: in a small pan put the milk and let it heat up on low heat.
Add the cocoa and mix it little by little with a silicone spoon without stopping.
Add the sugar and continue mixing until it thickens.
Let it cool and when you remove the cake, pour the broth over the cake after it is also cooled
