Ingredients
Recipe

Sweet potato cut into slices of no more than 0.5cm2 cup
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Fresh rosemary to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Mix the oil with the pepper, salt and rosemary.
Involve the potatoes in the seasoned olive oil, place in a baking dish, one next to the other (without overlapping).
Take to preheated oven 200ºC to bake for about 40 minutes until they are roasted and golden.
